尊敬的出入境人員，根據(jù)有關(guān)法律法規(guī)規(guī)定，為了您和他人健康，請(qǐng)如實(shí)逐項(xiàng)填報(bào)，如有隱瞞或虛假填報(bào)，將依照《中華人民共和國國境衛(wèi)生檢疫法》追究相關(guān)責(zé)任；如引起檢疫傳染病傳播或者有傳播嚴(yán)重危險(xiǎn)的，將按照《中華人民共和國刑法》第三百三十二條，處三年以下有期徒刑或者拘役，并處或者單處罰金。 Dear Passengers, according to relevant laws and regulations, for your health and that of others, please fill out this Exit/Entry Health Declaration Form truthfully. If you conceal or falsely declare the information, you will be held accountable according to the Frontier Health and Quarantine Law of the People’s Republic of China, and if the spread of quarantinable communicable diseases or a serious danger of spreading them is thereby caused, you shall be sentenced to not more than three years of fixed-term imprisonment or criminal detention, and may in addition or exclusively be sentenced to a fine, according to Article 332 of the Criminal Law of the People’s Republic of China.
