PAGE PAGE I 巴哈大賽汽車改裝與設(shè)計(jì) 摘要：2015年8月，中國(guó)的第一次BSC競(jìng)賽在山東濰坊舉辦成功，使中國(guó)成為世界上第六個(gè)舉辦BSC競(jìng)賽的國(guó)家的同時(shí)，而且全國(guó)各大學(xué)的學(xué)生也開始熱情的參加比賽。這是一個(gè)全新的新的技術(shù)領(lǐng)域，它的懸架和轉(zhuǎn)向系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)在整個(gè)汽車的設(shè)計(jì)中起著重要作用，就像人的腿和腳一樣，健康有力的腿和腳，可以使人類更快的邁進(jìn)一步。只有有著一個(gè)出色的懸架和轉(zhuǎn)向系統(tǒng)，這輛賽車才可能達(dá)到一個(gè)良好的水平。本這篇論文主要討論了巴哈賽車懸架和轉(zhuǎn)向系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)方法，而且做出了相應(yīng)的預(yù)防措施，以及對(duì)有關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)的計(jì)算和分析，并解決了車輪定位參數(shù)、側(cè)傾中心、偏頻、懸架轉(zhuǎn)向系統(tǒng)斷點(diǎn)的位置等問題。有效的利用MATLAB軟件，并構(gòu)建模型，來設(shè)計(jì)變量，進(jìn)行模型的優(yōu)化，獲得優(yōu)化的懸架位置參數(shù)。希望能提供寶貴的經(jīng)驗(yàn)，為以后的參賽隊(duì)伍做出前路與數(shù)據(jù)支持。 關(guān)鍵詞：BSC賽車；懸架與轉(zhuǎn)向系統(tǒng)；ADAMS；MATLAB;仿真優(yōu)化 Baja Automobile Modification and Design Abstract:In August 2015, Chinas first BSC competition was successfully held in Weifang, Shandong Province, making China the sixth country in the world to hold a BSC competition. At the same time, students from universities across the country also began to participate enthusiastically in the competition. This is a brand-new and new technical field. The design of its suspension and steering system plays an important role in the design of the whole car. Just like human legs and feet, healthy and powerful legs and feet can make human beings take a further step faster. Only with an excellent suspension and steering system can the car reach a good level. This paper mainly discusses the design method of Baja racing car suspension and steering system, and makes corresponding preventive measures, as well as the calculation and analysis of relevant data, and solves the wheel alignment parameters, roll center, deflection frequency, suspension steering system breakpoint location and other issues. Effective use of MATLAB software, and build a model to design variables, model optimization, to obtain optimized suspension position parameters. I hope I can provide valuable experience and provide data support for future teams.
