團(tuán)隊(duì)研究方向: 自由基在急慢性疾病中的檢測、功能與機(jī)制的基礎(chǔ)與轉(zhuǎn)化研究
主要研究內(nèi)容:(1)孤獨(dú)癥譜系障礙中氧化應(yīng)激生物標(biāo)志物的鑒定與靈敏檢測;(2)自由基在神經(jīng)發(fā)育中的作用與機(jī)制;(3)自由基與炎癥因子風(fēng)暴的清除與藥物設(shè)計(jì)。團(tuán)隊(duì)固定教師10名,其中教授4人、副教授4人、講師2人。研究工作覆蓋神經(jīng)生物學(xué)、免疫學(xué)、生物化學(xué)、分子生物學(xué)與分析化學(xué)等學(xué)科交叉領(lǐng)域,在國際自由基生物醫(yī)學(xué)領(lǐng)域具有行業(yè)影響力。
團(tuán)隊(duì)依托科研平臺(tái):國家外專局/教育部“細(xì)胞調(diào)控與分子藥物111引智基地” (科學(xué)研究)、發(fā)酵工程教育部重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室(科學(xué)研究)、大健康與精準(zhǔn)醫(yī)藥營養(yǎng)中心(成果轉(zhuǎn)化)。團(tuán)隊(duì)承擔(dān)了科研項(xiàng)目10項(xiàng),省級(jí)基金項(xiàng)目4項(xiàng),近三年研究項(xiàng)目近280萬元,發(fā)表SCI文章30余篇,授權(quán)發(fā)明專利5項(xiàng),獲國內(nèi)國際獎(jiǎng)10余項(xiàng)。
