服務內容：

（一）來中國定居或居留一年（或來華留學一學年）或一年以上的外籍人員，須在入境后一個月內到中國檢驗檢疫機關下屬的國際旅行衛(wèi)生保健中心（簡稱保健中心）接受健康檢查，領取健康證明書，方能辦理居留居住及勞動就業(yè)的申請手續(xù)。

（二）未取得居留證件的外籍人員和來中國留學的外籍人員，或已取得居留證件，并在我國任職，從事聘用單位以外工作的外籍人員申請就業(yè)時，必須持有中國檢驗檢疫機關簽發(fā)的健康證明書，方能到勞動就業(yè)管理機構辦理就業(yè)申請手續(xù)。

（三）經(jīng)批準回國定居或工作的華僑和港、澳、臺同胞入境后，必須到中國檢驗檢疫機關下屬的國際旅行衛(wèi)生保健中心（簡稱保健中心）接受健康檢查，領取健康證明書，公安機關憑健康證明書辦理有關手續(xù)。

（四）臺商申請辦理多次入出境簽注，暫住加注時須交驗由中國檢驗檢疫機關簽發(fā)的健康證明書。

（五）定居國外及港、澳、臺的中國公民回國內就業(yè)的，必須持有中國檢驗檢疫機關簽發(fā)的健康證明書，方能到勞動就業(yè)管理機構辦理就業(yè)申請手續(xù)。

（六）境外人員可交驗所在地公立醫(yī)院或經(jīng)過所在地公立機關公證的私立醫(yī)院的健康檢查的原始記錄，并在中國駐外領使館認證。記錄自簽發(fā)之日起6個月內有效。交驗健康檢查記錄的境外人員本人應持健康檢查記錄正本 （體檢記錄正本必須是原始體檢記錄和結果，有總檢醫(yī)師簽字，并蓋有醫(yī)院印章。）護照、護照復印件一份到保健中心辦理驗證手續(xù)。對符合規(guī)定的健康檢查記錄，三到四個工作日內辦理完驗證手續(xù)，發(fā)給《境外人員健康檢查記錄驗證證明》，《境外人員健康檢查記錄驗證證明》自簽發(fā)之日起六個月內有效。

Service content

(1) Foreigners who have settled in China or resided in China for one year or more (or study in China for one academic year) shall, within one month after entering China, undergo health examination at the International Travel Healthcare Center (hereinafter referred to as the Healthcare Center) under China Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Authority and obtain health certificates, and then apply for residency and employment.

(2) Foreigners who have not obtained resident certificates and foreigners who have come to study in China, or foreigners who have obtained resident certificates and have been employed in China and engaged in work outside the employer must hold health certificates issued by China Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Authority when they apply for employment. These foreigners can go to the labor and employment administration organization to handle the employment application formalities.

(3) Overseas Chinese and Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan compatriots who have been approved to return to China for residence or work shall, after entering China, undergo health examination at the International Travel Healthcare Center (hereinafter referred to as the Healthcare Center) under China Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Authority, and obtain health certificates. The public security organ shall handle relevant formalities on the basis of the health certificates.

(4) When applying for multiple entry-exit endorsements and annotation for temporary residence, Taiwan businessmen must submit health certificates issued by China Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Authority.

(5) Chinese citizens who settled abroad or in Hong Kong, Macao or Taiwan return to China for employment shall hold health certificated issued by China Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Authority and then go through the employment application formalities at the labor and employment administration organization.

(6) Overseas personnel may submit the original health examination records of the local public hospitals or private hospitals notarized by the local public authorities, and such original records shall be certified by Chinese embassies and consulates abroad. The records shall be valid within 6 months from the date of issuance. The overseas personnel who submit the health examination records shall hold the original of the health examination records. (The original physical examination records must contain the original records and results, with signature of the chief physician and the seal of the hospital.) The passport and its copy shall be submitted to the Healthcare Center and go through the verification procedures. In terms of health examination records conforming to the relevant requirements, the verification procedures shall be completed within three to four working days, and the Certificate of Verification of Health Examination for Overseas Personnel shall be issued, which shall be valid for six months from the date of issuance.
