基于全國(guó)266所本科高校94 361名大學(xué)生的調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù),以壓力認(rèn)知評(píng)價(jià)理論為框架分析學(xué)業(yè)壓力源對(duì)壓力反應(yīng)的影響,及其受學(xué)業(yè)自我效能感與壓力應(yīng)對(duì)方式的單獨(dú)和聯(lián)合調(diào)節(jié)作用。結(jié)果表明:學(xué)業(yè)壓力源正向影響壓力反應(yīng);學(xué)業(yè)自我效能感對(duì)壓力源與壓力反應(yīng)關(guān)系具有緩沖效應(yīng);積極壓力應(yīng)對(duì)方式對(duì)壓力源與壓力反應(yīng)關(guān)系具有緩沖效應(yīng),而消極壓力應(yīng)對(duì)方式對(duì)學(xué)業(yè)壓力源與壓力反應(yīng)關(guān)系具有加強(qiáng)效應(yīng);學(xué)業(yè)自我效能感和消極壓力應(yīng)對(duì)方式對(duì)學(xué)業(yè)壓力源與壓力反應(yīng)關(guān)系具有聯(lián)合調(diào)節(jié)效應(yīng)。研究結(jié)果揭示了壓力反應(yīng)的復(fù)雜形成機(jī)制,并為減輕大學(xué)生學(xué)業(yè)壓力、促進(jìn)心理健康提供了實(shí)踐指引。

Abstract

The present study surveyed 94 361 students from 266 universities and applied the cognitive appraisal theory to analyze the impact of academic stressor on strain, as well as the separate and joint moderating effects of academic self-efficacy and stress coping strategy on this stressor-strain relationship. Results showed that academic stressor positively predicts strain; academic self-efficacy buffers the relationship between academic stressor and strain; positive stress coping strategy buffers the stressor-strain relationship, but negative stress coping strategy intensifies this relationship; and academic self-efficacy and negative stress coping strategy have joint moderating effects on this relationship. The findings reveal complex mechanism of strain and provide practical guidance for reducing students’ academic stress and promoting their mental health.
