外國(guó)人申請(qǐng)國(guó)際版健康碼操作流程

第一步

在您的智能手機(jī)“APP Store”搜索欄中輸入“zheliban”，選擇“‘浙里辦’APP”，下載并打開；

第二步

找到并打開“浙江健康碼專區(qū)”（Health Code）；

第三步

找到并打開“國(guó)際版健康碼”

(Zhejiang International Health Code)；

第四步

按照提示從上至下填寫

1.“旅行目的地”——選擇（Jiaxing City）；

2.“電話號(hào)碼”——選擇您使用的手機(jī)號(hào)碼所屬國(guó)家的代碼，例如中國(guó)就是+86，然后輸入本人手機(jī)號(hào)碼；

3.獲取驗(yàn)證碼并輸入；

4.登錄。

第五步

按照提示從上至下填寫

1.姓名

2.護(hù)照號(hào)碼

3.健康狀態(tài)

4.特此證明

第六步

選擇“提交”，即可獲取您的專屬健康碼。

Procedures for Foreign Nationals Applying for

International Health Code

Step 1:

Input “Zheliban” at the search bar of “App Store”, download and open the app “浙里辦” (Zheliban).

Step 2:

Find “Health Code” and tap it.

Step 3:

Find and tap “Zhejiang International Health Code”.

Step 4:

Input information top down according to the tips.

1.Choose your travel destination—Jiaxing.

2.Input your phone number after choosing your country code. For China, it’s +86.

3.Get verification code and input it.

4.Login.

Step 5:

Input information top down according to the tips.

1.Full name.

2.Passport number.

3.Health condition.

4.I hereby certify.

Step 6:

Tap “submit” and you will get your international health code.

(Note: Please fill out all the information truthfully. If you conceal or falsely declare, you will be held legally accountable.)
