PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical treatment system capable of simplifying operation when using an applicator for medical treatment and an observing means such as an MR device at the same time and capable of improving safety of medical treatment. PSOLUTION: Distance between positions of MR markers 151 and 152 of the microwave applicator 15 on an image displayed in a first monitor 7 and a preset reference point 157 of the image displayed in the first monitor 7 is measured, and a movement quantity computing unit 155 determines position of the microwave applicator 15, and a control unit 153 controls a microwave generating unit 17 in response to the result of the determination by the movement quantity computing unit 155.
