According to the color and processing method, it is divided into six categories in China: white tea, black tea, oolong tea, green tea, yellow tea and dark tea. The color of the tea leaves and tea soup after brewing keeps the green style, the leaves retain more natural substances, and the vitamin loss is less. Famous green tea production areas include Hangzhou, Suzhou, Huangshan and other places.
