健康中國(guó)背景下我國(guó)健康城市研究熱點(diǎn)及趨勢(shì)：基于Citespace的文獻(xiàn)計(jì)量分析

摘要： 目的對(duì)我國(guó)30年來健康城市領(lǐng)域的研究進(jìn)行文獻(xiàn)計(jì)量學(xué)分析，分析我國(guó)健康城市研究?jī)?nèi)容的演進(jìn)脈絡(luò)，對(duì)比“健康中國(guó)2030”規(guī)劃綱要出臺(tái)前后健康城市研究熱點(diǎn)的轉(zhuǎn)變與趨勢(shì)，為未來我國(guó)健康城市的研究和實(shí)踐提供參考。方法檢索1994年1月1日至2023年11月19日中國(guó)知網(wǎng)、Pubmed數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)中國(guó)健康城市研究的中英文獻(xiàn)，對(duì)發(fā)文量、機(jī)構(gòu)、合作作者進(jìn)行可視化。結(jié)果納入1956篇中文文獻(xiàn)，40篇英文文獻(xiàn)，從發(fā)文量和關(guān)鍵詞時(shí)序分布上中國(guó)健康城市研究分為萌芽起步期（1994-2002年）、試點(diǎn)積累期（2003-2015年）、多元發(fā)展期（2016-至今）。發(fā)文量在2020年達(dá)到峰值（196篇），發(fā)文機(jī)構(gòu)以城市建筑領(lǐng)域研究機(jī)構(gòu)為主，同濟(jì)大學(xué)發(fā)文量最高（37篇）。2016年健康中國(guó)戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施后，國(guó)內(nèi)和國(guó)際關(guān)注度顯著提升，中英文研究關(guān)鍵詞在研究對(duì)象、學(xué)科專業(yè)交叉和內(nèi)涵深度等方面均呈現(xiàn)了多元化發(fā)展的趨勢(shì),形成了健康城市和健康中國(guó)“兩個(gè)核心”；城市規(guī)劃、研究設(shè)計(jì)、重點(diǎn)人群、交叉領(lǐng)域等“多個(gè)中心”的狀態(tài)。結(jié)論健康城市的演進(jìn)脈絡(luò)和研究熱點(diǎn)與我國(guó)公共政策緊密結(jié)合，當(dāng)前熱點(diǎn)及未來趨勢(shì)為韌性理念下的健康城市建設(shè)、健康城市建設(shè)對(duì)居民心理（精神）健康、氣候變化、體力活動(dòng)的影響、適老化和老年友好型城市建設(shè)三個(gè)方面。

Abstract: Objective To conduct a bibliometric analysis of the research on healthy cities in China over the past 30 years, to analyze the evolution of the research content of healthy cities in China, and to compare the changes and trends of the research hotspots of healthy cities before and after the introduction of the outline of the "Healthy China 2030" plan, so as to provide a reference for the research and practice of healthy cities in China in the future. Methods We searched the Chinese and English literature on healthy city research in China from January 1, 1994 to November 19, 2023 on CNKI and Pubmed databases, and visualized the number of articles, institutions, and co-authors. Results Including 1956 Chinese literature and 40 English literature, Chinese healthy city research was categorized into the budding start period (1994-2002), pilot accumulation period (2003-2015), and diversified development period (2016-present) in terms of the number of articles and keyword chronological distribution. The number of articles peaked in 2020 (196 articles), and the issuing organizations were mainly in the field of urban architecture, with the highest number of articles issued by Tongji University (37 articles).After the implementation of the Healthy China Strategy in 2016, the domestic and international attention has been significantly increased, and the keywords of Chinese and English research have shown a diversified development trend in terms of research object, subject specialization intersection, and depth of connotation, which has resulted in the formation of two "core" keywords: healthy city and healthy China, and the "two core" keywords: healthy city, healthy city, healthy city, healthy city. Healthy cities and healthy China have formed a state of "two cores" and "multiple centers" of urban planning, research design, key populations and cross-cutting fields. Conclusions The evolution of healthy cities and research hotspots are closely related to China's public policies, and the current hotspots and future trends are the healthy city construction under the concept of resilience, the impact of healthy city construction on residents' mental health, climate change, and physical activity, and the construction of ageing and age-friendly cities.
