    六七年前在加拿大生活,跟一個(gè)年輕漂亮的白人空中小姐SHANNON同住時(shí),學(xué)到的時(shí)尚健康減肥食品,男女老幼皆宜。特別適合獨(dú)自在家、又懶得起炊煙、或身邊沒(méi)有廚房,又特別希望健康地保持身材的人士。

   做這個(gè)水果飲品你只需要一個(gè)攪拌機(jī)(BLENDER),如果放速凍水果或冰塊,你的攪拌機(jī)就要求高一些。原料是一些水果、酸奶等。通常香蕉是必需的,其次是酸奶,和另外一種(去皮去籽)水果。

   我不太習(xí)慣吃零食,自小蛀牙太嚴(yán)重,一種不太好吃的水果,加一只香蕉,水(或果汁),攪拌機(jī)一開(kāi),一杯可口的Smoothie就做好了,水果變得很容易吃。

A smoothie is a blended, chilled, sweet beverage made from fresh fruit. In addition to fruit, many smoothies include crushed ice, frozen fruit, or frozen yogurt. They have a milkshake-like consistency which is thicker than slush drinks, but unlike milkshakes, they do not usually contain ice cream, but can contain milk.
