　　一、科室概況

　　神經(jīng)康復(fù)一科(K1科)即腦血管病康復(fù)科，隸屬北京博愛(ài)醫(yī)院神經(jīng)康復(fù)中心，是以腦血管病恢復(fù)期診治及綜合康復(fù)為特色的科室。科室主要收治腦梗死及腦出血等腦卒中恢復(fù)期患者，以及腦動(dòng)脈瘤破裂出血、腦血管畸形術(shù)后、腦深靜脈血栓形成等其他腦血管疾病導(dǎo)致的神經(jīng)功能障礙患者;同時(shí)亦可收治其他神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)損傷后功能障礙的患者，如顱腦外傷、帕金森氏病、中樞神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)脫髓鞘疾病、吉蘭-巴雷綜合征、缺血缺氧性腦病等?？剖以谏窠?jīng)康復(fù)中心主任張通教授的帶領(lǐng)下，成為集醫(yī)療、教學(xué)、科研于一體的腦血管病康復(fù)特色的醫(yī)院重點(diǎn)科室，是首都醫(yī)科大學(xué)康復(fù)醫(yī)學(xué)院的教學(xué)基地、國(guó)家臨床重點(diǎn)專科、國(guó)家康復(fù)專業(yè)住院醫(yī)師規(guī)范化培訓(xùn)基地和國(guó)家藥品臨床試驗(yàn)基地。

　　在醫(yī)療技術(shù)上，除采用藥物療法、運(yùn)動(dòng)療法、作業(yè)療法、吞咽、言語(yǔ)和認(rèn)知訓(xùn)練、心理和行為療法、懸吊運(yùn)動(dòng)療法、水療、理療和中醫(yī)等常規(guī)康復(fù)治療手段外?？剖疫€開(kāi)展了經(jīng)顱磁刺激治療改善卒中后失語(yǔ)、認(rèn)知和運(yùn)動(dòng)功能障礙，卒中后睡眠障礙和焦慮抑郁等;針對(duì)偏癱后的肌肉痙攣，開(kāi)展肌電引導(dǎo)下肉毒毒素局部注射治療;針對(duì)嚴(yán)重肩關(guān)節(jié)半脫位、手指屈曲攣縮、足下垂及內(nèi)翻等各種異常姿勢(shì)或模式，與假肢矯形科合作，提供個(gè)體化的評(píng)估及矯形治療;科室對(duì)卒中后睡眠障礙診治經(jīng)驗(yàn)豐富，尤其是卒中伴睡眠呼吸暫停篩查和干預(yù);同時(shí)還開(kāi)展反饋式功能性電刺激治療、虛擬現(xiàn)實(shí)技術(shù)、音樂(lè)治療、智能機(jī)器人技術(shù)等國(guó)際上先進(jìn)的康復(fù)治療技術(shù)，極大地提高了患者的生活質(zhì)量。

　　在教學(xué)和科研方面，承擔(dān)著本科生、碩士生和博士生的教學(xué)和科研工作。先后主持了國(guó)家科技支撐項(xiàng)目、國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金項(xiàng)目、首都醫(yī)學(xué)發(fā)展基金項(xiàng)目、財(cái)政部課題等多項(xiàng)科研項(xiàng)目，以及多項(xiàng)國(guó)際及國(guó)內(nèi)合作課題。

　　醫(yī)師：12人。主任醫(yī)師1名，副主任醫(yī)師3名，主治醫(yī)師5名，住院醫(yī)師3名。均為研究生學(xué)歷，其中博士7人，碩士5人。

　　護(hù)士：護(hù)士20人，主管護(hù)師3人，護(hù)師11人，護(hù)士6人。

　　開(kāi)放床位：71張。

　　1.Department Overview

　　The Department of Neurological Rehabilitation deportment 1(K1), known as the Rehabilitation Department of Cerebrovascular Diseases, is affiliated with the Neurorehabilitation Center of Beijing Bo Ai Hospital, which is specializing in the diagnosis and treatment ,and comprehensive rehabilitation of cerebrovascular diseases. The department mainly treats various types of post stroke patients and patients with other neurological disorders, such as traumatic brain injury, Parkinson"s disease, demyelinating diseases of the central nervous system, Guillain-Barre syndrome, and hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy. The department, under the leadership of Professor Zhang Tong, the director of the Neurological Rehabilitation Center, has become the key department for the rehabilitation of cerebrovascular disease in hospital ，integrating medical, teaching, and scientific research. It is also the teaching base of the Rehabilitation Medicine School of Capital Medical University, a national key clinical specialty, a national Rehabilitation professional resident standardization training base and national drug clinical trial base.

　　In terms of medical technology, our department not only has conventional rehabilitation methods such as drug therapy, exercise therapy, occupational therapy, swallowing, speech and cognitive training, psychological and behavioral therapy, Suspension exercise therapy, hydrotherapy, physiotherapy, and traditional Chinese medicine, but also carries out transcranial magnetic stimulation to improve post stroke aphasia, cognitive and motor dysfunction, sleep disorders, anxiety and depression, etc. Besides, local electromyography-guided injection of botulinum toxin was performed for muscle spasm after hemiplegia. We also cooperate with prosthetic orthopedics department to provide individualized assessment and orthopedic treatment for patients who has finger flexion contracture, foot drop and varus, and other abnormal postures or patterns. What’s more, feedback-type functional electrical stimulation therapy, virtual reality technology, music therapy, intelligent robot technology and other international advanced rehabilitation technologies are also being developed in our department, which greatly improve the quality of life of patients.

　　The Department of Neurological Rehabilitation deportment 1(K1) undertakes teaching and research work for undergraduates, master students, and doctoral students, while it successively holds a number of scientific research projects such as the National Science and Technology Support Project, the National Natural Science Fund Project, the Capital Medical Development Fund Project, the Ministry of Finance and many other international and domestic cooperation projects.
