高頻熱療磁療治療慢性細菌性前列腺炎的效果及對免疫功能的影響觀察福建省漳州市醫(yī)院泌尿外科Effect of high-frequency hyperthermia and magnetic therapy in the treatment of chronic bacterial prostatitis and its influence observation on immune functionHAO Wei-ping XU Zhen-qiang SHEN Zai-xiong LIU Hong-jieDepartment of Urology,Zhangzhou Hospital摘要圖/表參考文獻(15)相關文章(15) 摘要 目的 分析高頻熱療磁療治療慢性細菌性前列腺炎的效果及對免疫功能的影響。方法 選取2017年9月～2019年10月在福建省漳州市醫(yī)院診治的80例慢性細菌性前列腺炎患者作為研究對象，采用隨機數(shù)字表法分為對照組（40例）和實驗組（40例）。對照組采取常規(guī)治療，實驗組采取高頻熱療磁療治療。比較兩組患者的臨床療效、前列腺液白細胞計數(shù)以及生活質(zhì)量。結(jié)果 實驗組的總有效率（92.50%）高于對照組（65.00%），差異有統(tǒng)計學意義（P＜0.05）；兩組患者治療前的白細胞介素-6（IL-6）、腫瘤壞死因子α（TNF-α）、白細胞介素-1β（IL-1β）水平比較，差異無統(tǒng)計學意義（P＞0.05）；兩組患者治療后的IL-6 水平高于治療前，TNF-α、IL-1β 水平低于治療前，差異有統(tǒng)計學意義（P＜0.05）；實驗組治療后的IL-6 水平高于對照組，TNF-α、IL-1β 水平低于對照組，差異有統(tǒng)計學意義（P＜0.05）；兩組患者治療前的社會功能、機體疼痛、心理衛(wèi)生、軀體功能比較，差異無統(tǒng)計學意義（P＞0.05）；兩組患者治療后的社會功能、機體疼痛、心理衛(wèi)生、軀體功能高于治療前，差異有統(tǒng)計學意義（P＜0.05）；實驗組治療后的社會功能、機體疼痛、心理衛(wèi)生、軀體功能高于對照組，差異有統(tǒng)計學意義（P＜0.05）。結(jié)論 高頻熱療磁療治療慢性細菌性前列腺炎的臨床效果顯著，能有效提高免疫功能及生活質(zhì)量，值得進一步推廣應用。服務把本文推薦給朋友加入我的書架加入引用管理器 E-mail AlertRSS作者相關文章郝維平許振強沈在雄劉洪杰關鍵詞 ：高頻熱療, 磁療, 慢性細菌性前列腺炎, 免疫功能   Abstract：Objective To analyze the effect of high-frequency hyperthermia and magnetic therapy in the treatment of chronic bacterial prostatitis and its influence on immune function.Methods A total of 80 patients with chronic bacterial prostatitis diagnosed and treated in Zhangzhou Hospital from September 2017 to October 2019 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into the control group (n=40) and the experimental group (n=40) by the random number table method.In the control group,conventional treatment was used,and the experimental group was treated with high-frequency hyperthermia and magnetic therapy.The clinical efficacy,white blood cell count in prostatic fluid and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The overall response rate of the experimental group was 92.50%,which was higher than that of the control group accounting for 65.00%,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).There were no significant differences in the levels of interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor α(TNF-α),or interleukin-1β (IL-1β) before treatment in the two groups (P＞0.05).After intervention,the levels of IL-6 in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the levels of TNF-α and IL-1β in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).After treatment,the level of IL-6 of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the levels of TNF-α and IL-1β of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).Before treatment,there were no statistical differences in social function,body pain,mental health,and physical function of the two groups(P＞0.05).The social function,body pain,mental health,and physical function of the two groups after treatment were higher than those before treatment,the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).The social function,body pain,mental health,and physical function in the experimental group after treatment were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion High-frequency hyperthermia magnetic therapy has a significant clinical effect in the treatment of chronic bacterial prostatitis,which can effectively improve the immune function and ameliorate the quality of life of patients,so it is worthy of further promotion and application.Key words：High-frequency hyperthermia  Magnetic therapy  Chronic bacterial prostatitis  Immune function     引用本文:   郝維平；許振強；沈在雄；劉洪杰. 高頻熱療磁療治療慢性細菌性前列腺炎的效果及對免疫功能的影響觀察[J]. 中國當代醫(yī)藥, 2020, 27(35): 101-103轉(zhuǎn)107.
