方程式賽車整體車架設(shè)計
摘要
FSAE賽車是一項以大學生為對象的賽事,旨在為汽車工業(yè)培養(yǎng)更多的優(yōu)秀人才,參賽的賽車全都由各高校研究設(shè)計。由于是為比賽而設(shè)計的賽車車架,因此設(shè)計時必須要考慮賽事技術(shù)規(guī)范。我的畢業(yè)設(shè)計就是為FSAE賽車設(shè)計車架。賽車的車架設(shè)計必須要考慮賽車發(fā)動機、駕駛員的布置以及賽車各個總成的布置。又由于賽車車架是賽車的主要受力結(jié)構(gòu),賽車上的幾乎所有的結(jié)構(gòu)以及部件都是有車架直接或者間接支撐,所以車架的結(jié)構(gòu)一定要合理,同時強度剛度必須達到一定的要求。
在車架設(shè)計之初,要將大賽的有關(guān)規(guī)定和評分標準完全掌握,對各部件該怎么布置,布置在什么方位有一個清晰的規(guī)劃。同時為了使以后的車架結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計更為合理,我參考了天津大學、湖南大學以及部分國外的車架。進入設(shè)計階段后,在對比了車架的結(jié)構(gòu)形式后,選擇了桁架式的車架。根據(jù)強度要求,選擇車架的材料。在確定了懸架的安裝位置后,依據(jù)技術(shù)規(guī)范、賽車的整體布置、發(fā)動機以及人體模型確定車架大致的整體尺寸,然后建立幾套車架的雛形;再優(yōu)化車架結(jié)構(gòu)使整體各個系統(tǒng)能合理的布置在車架上,直至使車架結(jié)構(gòu)滿足各個方面的要求。在幾套車架結(jié)構(gòu)基本定型以后,開始對車架進行結(jié)構(gòu)受力分析、優(yōu)化以及對比,選擇結(jié)構(gòu)合理質(zhì)量最輕的車架。

FORMUL SAE—A SPACE FRAME DESIGN
ABSTRACT
The FSAE vehicle race is one takes university student as the sports event of object, for the purpose of creates more outstanding talents for the automobile industry, participating vehicle race all by various university research and designs. As a result petition vehicle race frame of design, when design must consider the sports event technology standard. My graduation project designs the frame for the FSAE vehicle race. The frame design of vehicle race must consider the the arrangement of arrangement as well as vehicle race each unit of vehicle race engine and pilot. Because vehicle race frame is the main stress structure of vehicle race, almost all structures as well as the parts in vehicle race have the frame direct or indirect support, therefore the structure of frame is certainly reasonable, simultaneously the intensity rigidity must meet certain requirements. At the beginning of the frame designs, pletely grasps the concerned requirements and point scale of big game, how should arrange to various parts, arranges has a clear plan in any position. Simultaneously to make the later vehicle frame design is more reasonable, I have referred to some Tianjin University, Hunan University as well as overseas frames. After being in the design stage, after contrasting the structural style of frame, has chosen the truss-type frame. According to the intensity request, chooses the material
