關于栗伙健康（CMH）

栗伙健康致力于與醫(yī)生及營養(yǎng)師合作，基于循證醫(yī)學，為消費者和患者提供安全可持續(xù)的個性化營養(yǎng)解決方案。栗伙健康希望成為具有全球領導地位的第三方醫(yī)學營養(yǎng)服務解決方案供應商。

工作描述

1.帶領團隊持續(xù)開發(fā)臨床營養(yǎng)決策和隨訪輔助系統(tǒng)(CNDFSS)內(nèi)容開發(fā)，包括但不限于

PCOS，GDM，早產(chǎn)兒，四高，腫瘤營養(yǎng)等領域；

2.搭建和管理營養(yǎng)與健康研發(fā)團隊；

3.追蹤國內(nèi)外最新最先進的營養(yǎng)健康領域科研成果，并將這些科研成果“翻譯”成普通讀者可以理解的營養(yǎng)宣教內(nèi)容，同時轉(zhuǎn)化為可操作的營養(yǎng)咨詢與干預方案；

4.建立與維持營養(yǎng)及相關科室的醫(yī)生、注冊營養(yǎng)師等 KOL 的交流合作關系；發(fā)展其他醫(yī)療健康利益相關方的交流與合作關系；

5.審核及編輯營養(yǎng)宣教材料、自媒體發(fā)文及健康產(chǎn)品介紹；

6.加入管理委員會，參與公司重大經(jīng)營決策。

任職要求

1.醫(yī)學、營養(yǎng)、生物等相關專業(yè)碩士或博士學位；獲得中國注冊營養(yǎng)師或美國、日本等國類似執(zhí)業(yè)資格是加分項。

2.具有營養(yǎng)學、慢性疾病、消化、腫瘤營養(yǎng)等領域的基礎研究或臨床研究經(jīng)驗。

3.兩年或以上工作經(jīng)驗（含實驗室或科室實習期），有營養(yǎng)、消化、腫瘤、內(nèi)分泌等相關科室經(jīng)驗更優(yōu)。

4.有個體營養(yǎng)咨詢和干預經(jīng)驗更優(yōu)。

5.組織能力、解決問題能力，分析能力和溝通能力是重要工作技能

6.熱忱和同理心和做好工作的基礎

About ChestnutMates Health (“CMH”)

CMH aims to provide evidence-based and individualized clinical nutrition solutions for patients and consumers to achieve health goals safely and sustainably and to become a global leading third-party nutrition solutions provider.

Job Description:

1.Lead the development of Clinical Nutrition Decision and Follow-up Support System (CNDFSS) for selected health issues (e.g., PCOS, GDM, Preterm Infants Nutrition Support, T2DM, IBS, Oncology Nutrition etc.) from scientific and practical perspective

2.Organize and supervise the nutritional and healthcare research & development team.

3.Keep up with global leading nutrition and healthcare scientific findings and translate the scientific evidences into reader-friendly educational materials and practical clinical nutrition solutions.

4.Develop and maintain academic and/or business relationships with KOLs (key physicians, registered dietitians, etc.), and other stakeholders in healthcare industry.

5.Review and edit content for education, health and product promotions and self-media.

6.Be responsible for other managerial requirements and act as part of the management committee

Job Requirements:

1.M.D., or PhD/M.S. in nutrition science / biotechnologies / other related majors

2.Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, Certified Nutrition Specialist are a plus

3.2 years of working experiences (internships included), preferably in clinical nutrition, gastrointestinal, oncology, or other chronic diseases

4.Research experiences in nutrition science / clinical nutrition / chronic disease management, etc.

5.Nutritional counseling and intervention experiences would be preferred

6.Organizational, problem-solving, analytical, and communicating skills

7.Compassion and empathy are highly valued for the position
