摘要： 父/母服刑會導致家庭陷入困境，其帶來的一系列家庭環(huán)境和社會環(huán)境變化會對兒童心理健康造成重要影響?；诮】瞪鷳B(tài)學模型，利用“困境家庭兒童健康問題研究”數(shù)據(jù)，研究父/母服刑困境兒童心理健康狀況，并從家庭環(huán)境和社會環(huán)境視角分析父/母服刑對兒童心理健康的影響。研究發(fā)現(xiàn)，父/母服刑兒童心理健康狀況較差；家庭精神環(huán)境和社會交往、社會欺凌是影響該群體心理健康的重要因素；與普通兒童相比，該兒童群體心理健康狀況更容易受到諸如撫養(yǎng)人打罵、不良社會交往等負性事件的影響。對于父/母服刑的困境家庭兒童而言，在重視其家庭精神環(huán)境的同時，更需營造良好的社會環(huán)境，減少對該群體的偏見和歧視，改善其成長環(huán)境，以促進其身心健康發(fā)展。

Abstract: Parental imprisonment tends to result in family predicament, causing changes in family and social environment that would bring serious psychological pressure to children. Based on the health ecological model, using the data from “Research on the Health Status of Children in Difficult Families” to analyze the impact of parental imprisonment on children's mental health from the perspective of family and social environment. The study shows that mental health status of children of prisoners is significantly worse; and family environment, social interaction and social bullying are important affecting factors. Compared with ordinary children, mental health of children of prisoners is more susceptible to negative events such as abuse by their caregivers and bad social interaction. Therefore, in addition to family environment, it is necessary to create a good social environment to reduce prejudice and discrimination against these children, to improve their growth environment and promote their physical and mental health development.
