減重手術(shù)（BS）是治療肥胖癥及相關(guān)代謝疾病的有效方式，但術(shù)后出現(xiàn)的皮膚松弛問(wèn)題對(duì)患者生活質(zhì)量和心理社會(huì)功能產(chǎn)生不同程度的影響，身體塑形手術(shù)（BCS）是解決皮膚松弛的主要方法。然而，BCS因在美容整形手術(shù)與功能性手術(shù)之間無(wú)法準(zhǔn)確界定而存在著爭(zhēng)議，并且在BCS的認(rèn)知和態(tài)度方面的研究相對(duì)較少。因此，筆者分析目前針對(duì)皮膚松弛原因、部位、不良影響的回顧性和前瞻性研究，總結(jié)了患者對(duì)BCS的態(tài)度、影響因素及干預(yù)措施的臨床證據(jù)，提出BCS能夠改善患者生活質(zhì)量，并將其作為病態(tài)性肥胖治療過(guò)程的一部分；同時(shí)，減重和整形外科醫(yī)生應(yīng)對(duì)術(shù)后患者皮膚松弛問(wèn)題給予更多的關(guān)注，在臨床實(shí)踐中正確推廣BCS，改善患者的生活質(zhì)量。

Bariatric surgery (BS) is an effective way to treat obesity and related metabolic diseases. Still, postoperative skin problems have varying degrees of impact on patients' quality of life and psychosocial function and need to be solved by body contouring surgery (BCS). However, the inability to accurately define BCS between plastic surgery and functional surgery is controversial, and there are relatively few studies on the perception and attitude of BCS. Therefore, the author analysed the current retrospective and prospective studies on the causes, sites and adverse effects of skin problems, summarised the clinical evidence on patients' attitude to BCS, influencing factors and interventions towards BCS, and proposed that BCS can improve patients' quality of life, as part of the treatment process of morbid obesity; At the same time, bariatric and plastic surgeons should pay more attention to the problem of loose skin in postoperative patients, and promote BCS correctly in clinical practice to improve the quality of life of patients.
