“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+醫(yī)療健康”背景下“健康遼寧影像云”平臺(tái)的搭建與應(yīng)用實(shí)踐

在“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+醫(yī)療健康”背景下,通過搭建“健康遼寧影像云”平臺(tái),實(shí)現(xiàn)影像檢查數(shù)據(jù)的互聯(lián)互通和檢查結(jié)果的共享互認(rèn),對(duì)深化醫(yī)療體制改革,落實(shí)分級(jí)診療制度,促進(jìn)優(yōu)質(zhì)醫(yī)療資源下沉具有重要意義。文章運(yùn)用成本核算法對(duì)Z醫(yī)院開展“健康遼寧影像云”項(xiàng)目的應(yīng)用效果進(jìn)行分析,結(jié)果顯示影像云服務(wù)可以節(jié)約醫(yī)療成本,減輕患者就醫(yī)負(fù)擔(dān)。

Abstract

Under the background of “Internet plus healthcare”, the construction of “Healthy Liaoning Image Cloud” platform realizes the interconnection of imageological examination data and the sharing and mutual recognition of check-up results, which is of great significance for deepening the reform of medical system, implementing the hierarchical diagnosis and treatment system, and promoting the sinking of high-quality medical resources. This paper uses cost-benefit analysis to analyze the application effect of the “Healthy Liaoning Image Cloud” project carried out by Z hospital, and the results show that image cloud services can save medical costs and reduce the burden of medical treatment for patients.
