在“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+醫(yī)療健康”背景下,通過搭建“健康遼寧影像云”平臺,實現(xiàn)影像檢查數(shù)據(jù)的互聯(lián)互通和檢查結果的共享互認,對深化醫(yī)療體制改革,落實分級診療制度,促進優(yōu)質(zhì)醫(yī)療資源下沉具有重要意義。文章運用成本核算法對Z醫(yī)院開展“健康遼寧影像云”項目的應用效果進行分析,結果顯示影像云服務可以節(jié)約醫(yī)療成本,減輕患者就醫(yī)負擔。

Abstract

Under the background of “Internet plus healthcare”, the construction of “Healthy Liaoning Image Cloud” platform realizes the interconnection of imageological examination data and the sharing and mutual recognition of check-up results, which is of great significance for deepening the reform of medical system, implementing the hierarchical diagnosis and treatment system, and promoting the sinking of high-quality medical resources. This paper uses cost-benefit analysis to analyze the application effect of the “Healthy Liaoning Image Cloud” project carried out by Z hospital, and the results show that image cloud services can save medical costs and reduce the burden of medical treatment for patients.
