個(gè)人簡(jiǎn)介

趙珊,先后于英國(guó)利茲大學(xué)和澳門大學(xué)攻讀健康心理學(xué)方向碩博課程,后在北京師范大學(xué)心理學(xué)部完成博士后研究,現(xiàn)任上海交通大學(xué)公共衛(wèi)生學(xué)院助理研究員。

主要研究方向

1、壓力應(yīng)對(duì)與壓力健康管理、心理健康問(wèn)題的測(cè)查與評(píng)估

2、以思維模式為核心的精準(zhǔn)干預(yù)

3、處境不利兒童青少年的心理健康和積極發(fā)展

4、健康風(fēng)險(xiǎn)行為模式與心理健康之間的關(guān)系及影響機(jī)制
