摘要

目的 分析經(jīng)皮穴位電刺激對(duì)結(jié)直腸腫瘤患者術(shù)后腸功能的影響。方法 從2023年10月—2024年10月內(nèi)入院接受93例，分別為對(duì)照組1（基礎(chǔ)干預(yù)），對(duì)照組2（基礎(chǔ)干預(yù)+穴位按摩護(hù)理），試驗(yàn)組（基礎(chǔ)干預(yù)+穴位按摩+中頻電療法），每組各31例，觀察三組患者于預(yù)后的胃腸功能恢復(fù)情況，對(duì)比療效。結(jié)果 試驗(yàn)組排便時(shí)間、肛門(mén)排氣時(shí)間、腸鳴音恢復(fù)時(shí)間優(yōu)于對(duì)照組2與對(duì)照組1，P＜0.05。對(duì)照組2與對(duì)照組1相比無(wú)差異，P＞0.05.治療前，三組無(wú)差異，P＞0.05。治療后，試驗(yàn)組胃動(dòng)素、胃泌素優(yōu)于對(duì)照組2與對(duì)照組1，P＜0.05。對(duì)照組2與對(duì)照組1相比無(wú)差異，P＞0.05. 結(jié)論 對(duì)結(jié)直腸腫瘤患者實(shí)施經(jīng)皮穴位電刺激治療后，可以改善胃腸動(dòng)功能，促使胃腸道迅速恢復(fù)蠕動(dòng)，有助于患者恢復(fù)健康。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the effect of percutaneous acupoint electrical stimulation on postoperative bowel function in patients with colorectal tumor.
Methods From October 2023 to October 2024, 93 patients were admitted to hospital, including control group 1(basic intervention), control group 2(basic intervention + acupressure nursing), and experimental group (basic intervention + acupressure + medium frequency electrotherapy), with 31 cases in each group. The prognosis of gastrointestinal function recovery in the three groups was observed, and the therapeutic effect was compared.
Results The defecation time, anal exhaust time and bowel sound recovery time of test group were better than those of control group 2 and control group 1, P < 0.05. There was no difference between control group 2 and control group 1,P > 0.05. Before treatment, there was no difference between the three groups,P > 0.05. After treatment, motilin and gastrin in experimental group were superior to control group 2 and control group 1, P < 0.05. There was no difference between control group 2 and control group 1, P > 0.05.
Conclusion   Percutaneous acupoint electrical stimulation can improve the gastrointestinal motility function and promote the rapid recovery of gastrointestinal peristalsis, which is conducive to the recovery of patients' health.
