鋇條-試餐法評估胃腸排空時間 白學(xué)松余益君劉洪蘭楊波楊帆 達(dá)州市中心醫(yī)院消化科四川達(dá)州635000 】背景：功能性腹瀉及功能性便秘(釆用羅馬III診斷標(biāo)準(zhǔn))常以 胃腸運(yùn)動功能紊亂為主要表現(xiàn)，胃腸傳輸時間是反映胃腸運(yùn)動功能的重要指標(biāo)。 目的：探討鋇條-試餐法在評價胃腸傳輸時間以及診斷功能性便秘及功能性腹瀉 中的作用。方法：采用鋇條-試餐法分別測定30名健康對照者、30例功能性腹瀉 患者及30例功能性便秘患者鋇條的胃排率空及結(jié)腸排空率。結(jié)果：健康對照組 2h及4h胃排空率，結(jié)腸24h、48h及72h結(jié)腸排空率，男女之間相比差異無統(tǒng) 計(jì)學(xué)意義(Pgt;O. 05)。功能性腹瀉組的2h及4h的胃排空率;24h、48h、72h 結(jié)腸排空率明顯高于健康對照組。功能性便秘組2h與健康對照組的胃排空率無 明顯差異，4h胃排空率顯著低于健康對照組(Plt;O. 01)。功能性便秘組的24h、 48h、72h結(jié)腸排空率均低于健康對照組(Plt;O. 01)。結(jié)論：功能性腹瀉患者的 胃腸排空速度增快，功能性便秘患者的胃腸排空速度明顯減慢。鋇條試餐法簡單 易行、易于廣泛開展.可準(zhǔn)確有效地評價胃腸傳輸功能，并在功能性胃腸道疾病 診斷中起有重要作用。 關(guān)鍵詞】鋇條；功能性便秘；功能性腹瀉；胃排空率；結(jié)腸排空率 】R472.9+1 】B 】1764-8999 (2015) 7-0517-02 Barium strip and test meal to evaluate gastrointestinal emptying time Bai Xuesong Yu Yijun Liu Honglan Yang Bo Yang Fan Abstract】 Background: The main problem of functional diarrhea and functional constipation (using the Rome III diagnostic criteria) is gastrointestinal motility dysfunction , gastrointestinal transit time is an important indicator of gastrointestinal motor function. Objective: Evaluation gastrointestinal transit time and diagnosis functional constipation and functional diarrhea by using the barium strip and test meal .Methods: Barium strip and test meal were used for determining the rate of gastric empting and colon emptying of 30 healthy controls, 30 cases of patients with functional diarrhea and 30 cases of patients with functional constipation.Results: 2h and 4h gastric emptying rate of healthy control group, the rate of 24h, 48h and 72h colon emptying , there werw no statistically significant differences between men and women (Pgt; 0.05). 2h and 4h gastric emptying rate of functional diarrhea group; 24h, 48h and 72h colon emptying rate were significantly higher than the control group. 2h gastric emptying rate of functional constipation group was not significantly different in the healthy control group, 4h gastric emptying rate was significantly lower than the control group (P lt;O.01). 24h, 48h, 72h colon emptying rates of Functional constipation group wer
