低聚果糖與嬰幼兒健康關(guān)系的研究進(jìn)展
FOS可能發(fā)揮一定的抗齲齒作用,因?yàn)辇x齒多是由于口腔微生物特別是突變鏈球菌侵蝕引起的,突變鏈球菌不能利用FOS生成不溶性葡聚糖,無(wú)法提供口腔微生物沉積、產(chǎn)酸和腐蝕的場(chǎng)所[33]。此外,有動(dòng)物實(shí)驗(yàn)還發(fā)現(xiàn),在剛離乳大鼠進(jìn)行添加FOS的喂養(yǎng)干預(yù)后,發(fā)現(xiàn)可引起膽固醇合成和攝取關(guān)鍵基因的表達(dá)下調(diào)或增加血紅蛋白濃度[9,27],提示生命早期FOS的干預(yù)可能對(duì)血脂以及貧血產(chǎn)生近期甚至遠(yuǎn)期影響。
4 結(jié)論
根據(jù)現(xiàn)有研究,F(xiàn)OS對(duì)于嬰幼兒較為明確的改善以雙歧桿菌為代表的腸道菌群、調(diào)節(jié)胃腸功能作用及良好的耐受性和安全性,使其在優(yōu)化配方奶粉向母乳接近的道路上意義重大。但同時(shí)FOS對(duì)于嬰幼兒預(yù)防感染、過敏等免疫方面的作用尚不明確,關(guān)注FOS與嬰幼兒鈣鎂等礦物質(zhì)吸收相關(guān)的及其他潛在健康效應(yīng)關(guān)系的人群研究更是缺乏,也為后續(xù)關(guān)注FOS與嬰幼兒健康的研究提供參考。
