摘要:

青少年抑郁障礙是目前備受關注的心理健康問題，其發(fā)病率逐年上升，嚴重影響了青少 年的身心健康和社會適應能力。目前青少年抑郁障礙的識別、診斷和治療等各方面還面臨很大的挑戰(zhàn)。 本文旨在系統(tǒng)梳理和評述近年來青少年抑郁障礙診斷與治療的研究進展，為進一步探討青少年抑郁障 礙治療的最佳方案提供支持。

Abstract:

Depressive disorder of adolescents is a mental health problem that has attracted much attention at present. Its incidence is increasing year by year， which has seriously affected the physical and mental health and social adaptability of adolescents. However， there are still significant challenges in identification， diagnosis and treatment. This article systematically reviews the diagnosis and treatment of depressive disorder among adolescents in recent years， providing support for further exploring the effective treatment strategies.
