青少年心理與行為研究中心

廣州大學教育學院青少年心理與行為研究中心(Research Center of Adolescent Psychology and Behavior, RCAPB),原為廣州人心理與行為研究中心(2011年),是廣州大學廣州市發(fā)展與教育心理學研究基地(2008年)。

中心依托廣州大學教育學院心理學科和大數(shù)據(jù)/認知科學與智慧教育交叉創(chuàng)新平臺(學生發(fā)展與心理健康研究方向,聶衍剛教授擔任PI),凝聚青少年心理發(fā)展與教育領(lǐng)域?qū)I(yè)力量,共同致力于探索青少年心理發(fā)展規(guī)律,揭示青少年心理與行為的影響因素,并傳播與青少年心理相關(guān)的科普知識!  

1. 研究團隊  

學術(shù)帶頭人:聶衍剛教授、博士生導師  

主任:竇凱副教授、碩士生導師  

副主任:邢強教授、向祖強副教授  

教研人員:采用固定和流動編制相結(jié)合的管理機制,共有校內(nèi)專兼職科研人員20人,其中教授2人,副教授8人;16人具有博士學位。此外,中心還聘請了8名國內(nèi)知名心理學家擔任特聘兼職教授為中心的進一步發(fā)展提供指導和支持。  

在校學生:每年在讀博士生約10余人,在讀碩士研究生約70余人,本科創(chuàng)新班約30余人。  

2. 研究領(lǐng)域  

中心十分強調(diào)學術(shù)研究和團隊建設,經(jīng)過10多年的探索和實踐,中心團隊聚焦于“學生發(fā)展與心理健康”這一科學研究領(lǐng)域,逐漸形成了特色鮮明、優(yōu)勢突出的四個研究方向:  

(1)人格與心理健康  

(2)認知與學習心理  

(3)行為決策與神經(jīng)遺傳學  

(4)大數(shù)據(jù)與網(wǎng)絡心理  

中心研究人員主要采用問卷調(diào)查、行為實驗、基因測定、眼動技術(shù)、神經(jīng)科學技術(shù)(包括fMRI、ERP、fNIRs等)等多種方法和技術(shù)開展研究。  

3. 科研成果  

中心學術(shù)團隊承擔國家自然科學基金項目7項(含面上項目4項)、教育部人文社會科學重點研究基地重大項目1項、國家社會科學基金1項、教育部人文社會科學項目4項、全國教育科學“十二五”規(guī)劃課題3項、博士后基金項目1項、國際交流合作項目2項以及各類省市級項目和社會委托課題40余項;共發(fā)表論文300余篇,其中SCI / SSCI收錄100余篇、CSSCI收錄90余篇,包括《Aggressive Behavior》《Journal of Counseling Psychology》《Journal of Happiness Studies》《Journal of Adolescence》《Computers in Human Behavior》《Personality and Individual Differences》《心理學報》《心理科學》等國內(nèi)外心理學權(quán)威期刊;出版專著教材8部(本)。榮獲廣東省教育教學成果獎(高等教育類)二等獎(聶衍剛,孫楠等,2021)、廣東省教育教學成果獎(基礎(chǔ)教育類)二等獎(聶衍剛,邢強等,2019)、第五屆全國教育科學研究優(yōu)秀成果二等獎(聶衍剛,黎建斌,竇凱等,2016年)、第四屆全國教育科學研究優(yōu)秀成果三等獎(聶衍剛等,2011年)、廣東省第八屆哲學社會科學優(yōu)秀成果二等獎(邢強等,2015年)、廣東省第九屆哲學社會科學優(yōu)秀成果二等獎(竇凱等,2021)等省部級教學科研成果獎10余項。  

4. 人才培養(yǎng)  

中心團隊成員高度重視教書育人工作,落實“立德樹人”根本任務,每年指導本科生畢業(yè)論文設計60余人,培養(yǎng)全日制碩士研究生70余人(含學術(shù)型碩士、應用心理專碩、心理健康教育專碩等),培養(yǎng)全日制博士研究生5人左右(學術(shù)型博士、教育博士)。其中有2人獲評廣東省優(yōu)秀碩士論文、10余人榮獲國家研究生獎學金,多人獲校級優(yōu)秀碩士論文/優(yōu)秀畢業(yè)生,1人榮獲廣州大學十大杰出學生,2人榮獲國家級競賽類獎項,10余人在國內(nèi)外高校繼續(xù)攻讀博士學位(包括荷蘭烏特勒支大學、北京師范大學、香港中文大學、南京大學、暨南大學等),畢業(yè)生主要就職于廣東省各大高校、中小學和企業(yè),并獲得所在單位的一致好評。  

5. 社會服務  

中心在注重學術(shù)研究的基礎(chǔ)上,十分重視發(fā)揮心理學的專業(yè)優(yōu)勢,致力于為廣州乃至廣東地區(qū)的基礎(chǔ)教育改革、維護青少年心理健康、建設和諧廣州、幸福廣州提供心理學的專業(yè)服務。主要服務領(lǐng)域包括:(1)為廣州市中小學心理健康教育和廣州市未成年人心理咨詢與援助中心服務;(2)為廣州市基礎(chǔ)教育教學改革服務,面對中小學提供學生發(fā)展指導服務;(3)為廣州市各級政府提供心理學專業(yè)支持服務。

Research Center of Adolescent Psychology and Behavior (RCAPB), Guangzhou University School of Education year). 1. Research Team

Associate Director: Professor Qiang Xing, Associate Professor Zu-Qiang Xiang  

Researcher: Adopting a management mechanism combining fixed and mobile establishments, there are 20 full-time and part-time scientific researchers in the university, including 2 professors and 8 associate professors; 16 have doctoral degrees. In addition, the center has hired 8 well-known domestic psychologists as adjunct professors to provide guidance and support for the further development of the center.  

Students: Over 10 Ph.D. students, 70 postgraduate students and 30 undergraduate students per year.  

2. Research Areas and Topics  

RCAPB attaches great importance to academic research and team building. After more than 10 years of exploration and practice, the center team focuses on the scientific research field of “student development and mental health”, and gradually formed four research directions with distinctive features and outstanding advantages:  

(1) Personality and mental health  

(2) Cognitive and learning psychology  

(3) Behavioral decision-making and neurogenetics  

(4) Big data and network psychology  

The researchers of the center mainly use various methods and technologies such as questionnaires, behavioral experiments, genetic testing, eye movement technology, neuroscience technology (including fMRI, ERP, fNIRs, etc.) to carry out research.  

3. Publications, Honors, and Awards  

The academic team of the center has undertaken 7 projects of the National Natural Science Foundation of China (including 4 general projects), 1 major project of the Key Research Base of Humanities and Social Sciences of the Ministry of Education, 1 project of the National Social Science Fund, 4 projects of the Ministry of Education of Humanities and Social Sciences, national There are 3 “Twelfth Five-Year Plan” projects of educational science, 1 post-doctoral fund project, 2 international exchange and cooperation projects, and more than 40 provincial and municipal projects and socially entrusted projects; published more than 300 research articles, including more than 100 SCI / SSCI articles and more than 90 CSSCI articles have published in research journals such as Aggressive Behavior, Journal of Counseling Psychology, Journal of Happiness Studies, Journal of Adolescence, Computers in Human Behavior, Personality and Individual Differences, Acta Psychology Psychological Science and other domestic and foreign psychology authoritative journals; published 8 monographs and textbooks. Won the second prize of Guangdong Education and Teaching Achievement Award (Higher Education) (Nie Yan-Gang, Sun Nan, etc., 2021), the second prize of Guangdong Education and Teaching Achievement Award (Basic Education) (Nie Yan-Gang, Xing Qiang, etc., 2019), the fifth The second prize of the National Outstanding Achievement Award in Educational Science Research (Nie Yan-Gang, Li Jian-Bin, Dou Kai, etc., 2016), the third prize of the 4th National Educational Research Outstanding Achievement Award (Nie et al., 2011), the 8th Guangdong Philosophy Society Award He has received more than 10 provincial and ministerial-level teaching and scientific research achievement awards, such as the second prize for outstanding scientific achievements (Xing et al., 2015), the second prize for the 9th Guangdong Province Philosophy and Social Sciences Outstanding Achievement Award (Dou et al., 2021).  

4. Educating Young Professionals and Emerging Scholars  

The team members of the center attach great importance to the work of teaching and educating people, and implementing the fundamental task of "cultivating morality and cultivating people". Education, etc.), and train about 5 full-time doctoral students (academic doctorate, doctor of education). Among them, 2 were awarded the Excellent Master Thesis of Guangdong Province, more than 10 were awarded the National Postgraduate Scholarship, many were awarded the School-level Outstanding Master Thesis/Excellent Graduate, 1 was awarded the Top Ten Outstanding Students of Guangzhou University, and 2 were awarded the National Competition Award, more than 10 people continue to study for doctoral degrees in domestic and foreign universities (including Utrecht University, Beijing Normal University, Chinese University of Hong Kong, Nanjing University, Jinan University, etc.), graduates mainly work in major universities, primary and secondary schools in Guangdong Province and Enterprise, and won the unanimous praise of the unit.  

5. Public Service  

RCAPB attaches great importance to giving full play to the professional advantages of psychology and is committed to providing professional psychological services for the reform of basic education in Guangzhou.  

The main service areas of RCAPB include: (1) Serving the mental health education of Guangzhou primary and secondary schools and the Guangzhou Minor Psychological Counseling and Assistance Center; (2) Serving the basic education and teaching reform in Guangzhou, providing student development guidance services for primary and secondary schools ; (3) Provide psychological professional support.
