瑜伽體位法以力量練習(xí)為主、拉伸為輔,主要針對因長期缺乏運動導(dǎo)致的腹部、臀部脂肪堆積,結(jié)合現(xiàn)代“小蠻腰”、“蜜桃臀”等體式組合練習(xí),呈現(xiàn)健康養(yǎng)眼的身材曲線。
