3.Department of Proctology, Suqian Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital, Jiangsu Province, Suqian   223800, China摘要圖/表參考文獻(37)相關(guān)文章(15) 摘要 疼痛是一種不愉快的感覺和情緒情感體驗,嚴(yán)重危害患者的生理心理健康。針刺鎮(zhèn)痛的有效性與科學(xué)性已被許多研究證實,經(jīng)皮穴位電刺激(TEAS)作為針刺鎮(zhèn)痛方式的一種,已成為近年來針刺領(lǐng)域的研究熱點。TEAS可通過激活疼痛抑制機制,減少痛覺過敏,同時促進內(nèi)源性阿片肽的釋放發(fā)揮鎮(zhèn)痛作用,能明顯改善患者疼痛及相關(guān)癥狀。TEAS被廣泛應(yīng)用于各種急慢性疼痛,如術(shù)后急性疼痛、慢性疼痛、癌性疼痛等。本文回顧近年來國內(nèi)外關(guān)于TEAS的鎮(zhèn)痛機制及臨床應(yīng)用研究,以期為臨床TEAS鎮(zhèn)痛提供參考。服務(wù)把本文推薦給朋友加入我的書架加入引用管理器 E-mail AlertRSS作者相關(guān)文章李瑩飔1 方娟1▲ 陳采益2 蔣進廣3 王猛3關(guān)鍵詞 :經(jīng)皮穴位電刺激, 針刺, 麻醉, 鎮(zhèn)痛機制, 臨床應(yīng)用, 綜述   Abstract:Pain is a kind of unpleasant feeling and emotional experience, which seriously harms the physical and mental health of patients. The effectiveness and scientific nature of acupuncture analgesia have been proved by many studies. As a means of acupuncture analgesia, transcutaneous electrical acupoint stimulation (TEAS) has become a hot spot in the field of acupuncture in recent years. TEAS can reduce pain sensitivity by activating the pain inhibition mechanism and promote the release of endogenous opioid peptides to exert analgesic effect, which can significantly improve pain and associated symptoms in patients. TEAS are widely used for a variety of acute and chronic pain, such as postoperative acute pain, chronic pain, cancer pain, etc. In this paper, the analgesic mechanism and clinical application of TEAS are reviewed in recent years, in order to provide reference for clinical analgesia of TEAS.
