畢 業(yè) 設(shè) 計（論文） 題 目： 年產(chǎn)1000噸茶多酚 生產(chǎn)工藝設(shè)計 學(xué) 院： 化學(xué)與材料工程學(xué)院 專 業(yè)： 生物工程 學(xué) 號： 201040850116 學(xué)生姓名： 陳婷 指導(dǎo)教師： 劉颋 2014 年 5 月 12 日 摘要 本文簡要介紹了茶多酚(Tea．polyphenols，TP)的組成、結(jié)構(gòu)、性質(zhì)、應(yīng)用及其提取理論，介紹了幾種常見的茶多酚提取工藝，并對工藝進(jìn)行了對比分析得出從低檔綠茶中提取茶多酚的工業(yè)生產(chǎn)工藝，工藝的主要流程為：茶葉進(jìn)錘式粉碎機(jī)粉碎至20-30目，經(jīng)風(fēng)送，進(jìn)入到反應(yīng)釜中，溫度90°，15至20分鐘后，經(jīng)過離心機(jī)，液體通過膜過濾器進(jìn)入到萃取罐中，經(jīng)過三級逆流提取罐組浸提初步除雜，在真空濃縮罐中得到濃縮，經(jīng)過噴霧干燥得到茶多酚粗品，經(jīng)過AlCl3:ZnCl2=1∶2的混合溶液沉淀后，經(jīng)真空抽濾后制成濾餅，再用36%鹽酸置換，以低沸點的乙酸乙酯萃取后，萃取液經(jīng)8個小時的低溫真空干燥得到茶多酚成品，經(jīng)包裝后就可儲藏了。年產(chǎn)1000噸的茶多酚需要低檔綠茶5001噸，該工藝生產(chǎn)的茶多酚得率大于15%，純度高于95%。 關(guān)鍵詞：茶多酚；工業(yè)提??；工藝；車間設(shè)計 Abstract This paper introduces the polyphenol composition, structure, properties, applications and extraction theory,This article describes several common polyphenols extraction process,and the process was derived from a comparative analysis of extracts of green tea polyphenols low industrial production processes, The main flow of the process: the tea into the hammer mill 20 to 30 mesh, the wind sent into the reactor, the temperature of 90℃, 15 至 20 minutes, after the centrifuge, the liquid enters the filter through the membrane extraction tank countercurrent extraction tank group after three preliminary cleaning, get concentrated in a vacuum concentrator, spray dried to obtain crude polyphenols, after calcium precipitation cake made ??by vacuum filtration, and then replaced with 36% hydrochloric acid, and extracted with ethyl acetate after the low boiling point, the extract was 8 hours and dried in vacuo to give a low temperature finished polyphenols, can be stored after the packaging. With an annual output of 1,000 tons of low-grade green tea polyphenols require 5,001 tons, the production process of polyphenols yield greater than 15% purity higher than 95% .
