中國大學(xué)生方程式賽車進(jìn)、排氣系統(tǒng)設(shè)計

中國大學(xué)生方程式賽車進(jìn)、排氣系統(tǒng)設(shè)計 摘要 本文以中國大學(xué)生方程式大賽為基礎(chǔ)進(jìn)行賽車的進(jìn)排氣設(shè)計，設(shè)計包括賽車進(jìn)氣系統(tǒng)和排氣系統(tǒng)，并對賽車具體布置提供合理方案，最后對進(jìn)氣排氣系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行改進(jìn)。 首先介紹了跟賽車進(jìn)排氣布置有關(guān)的相關(guān)理論以及國內(nèi)外的研究現(xiàn)狀，為賽車總體設(shè)計定下合理的目標(biāo)，建立相關(guān)的設(shè)計規(guī)則。然后對賽車進(jìn)排氣系統(tǒng)建模、確定布置方案，目標(biāo)是提高賽車在賽道上的表現(xiàn)。 本文的重點(diǎn)是進(jìn)氣排氣系統(tǒng)的建模與實(shí)物制作，運(yùn)用GT-Power對單缸汽油機(jī)進(jìn)行數(shù)值模擬，模擬發(fā)動機(jī)的動力輸出，為分析進(jìn)排氣效率提供數(shù)據(jù)依據(jù)，最終制作并安裝滿足大賽要求的進(jìn)氣排氣系統(tǒng)。 關(guān)鍵詞：FSC賽車，進(jìn)、排氣系統(tǒng)，發(fā)動機(jī)，建模 FSC intake and Exhaust system design Abstract In this paper, we design the intake and exhaust system according to Chinese Formula Student competition , including the design of the intake system and exhaust system , and providing a reasonable solution to racing specific arrangement , and finally to improve intake and exhaust systems. First introduced the arrangement of the intake and exhaust racing theory and research on the status of domestic and abroad,and setting the over all design of the car reasonable goals,establishing relevant design rules.Then modeled the exhaust system to determine the layout plan, the goal is to improve the performance of the car on the track. This article focuses on intake and exha the GT-Power simulation of gasoline engine and output power providing the basis for the analysis of the data of intake and exhaust efficiency, and ultimately produced and installed to meet the contest requirements.
