Dr. Fuhrman’s Nutritarian DietAbout Dr. Fuhrman Joel Fuhrman is a board-certified family physician and an internationally recognized expert on nutrition and natural healing, who specializes in preventing and reversing diseases through nutritional methods. For over 25 years, Dr. Fuhrman has shown that it is possible to achieve huge and long-lasting weight loss and cure heart disease, diabetes and many other chronic illnesses by using smart nutrition.Part 1Text AAs You ReadDr. Fuhrman’s Nutritarian Diet Dr. Fuhrman coined the term “Nutritarian” to describe a diet that is nutrient-dense and plant-rich, and includes anti-cancer superfoods which also result in weight loss. These foods supply both the right amount of macronutrient and the vital micronutrients that unleash the body’s incredible power to heal itself and slow the aging process, giving the body great energy.
