健康與減肥 Keep Health and Lose Weight
Losing weight is a hot topic among teenagers, especially high school girls. Although they are very tired with endless homework, they still want to lose weight. What they usually do is on a diet. In their mind, keeping thin makes them beautiful and confident. I have to say that their thought is one-sided. Some students will be more confident to get a nice body. However, health comes first. Before whatever you do, you should think of health first. Without health, you can do nothing. When you are sick in bed, you will envy those healthy people who can do many things outside, but what you can do is lie on the bed. What a pity! Thus, when losing weight, remember do not at the cost of your health. Owning a healthy body is also a proud thing and you can get confidence from it. The most important point is that you have enough capital to do what you want.
在青少年中,特別是女高中生減肥是很熱門的一個話題。盡管由于無窮無盡的作業(yè)她們已經(jīng)很疲憊了,但是他們還是要減肥。她們常常的做法是節(jié)食。在她們看來,保持苗條身材可以讓她們苗條跟自信。我不得不說她們的想法是片面的。對于一些學(xué)生來說,擁有苗條的身材會讓她們更自信。然而,健康是最重要的。不管在做什么之前都應(yīng)該想想健康。沒有健康,什么都做不了。在你臥病在床時,你就會羨慕那些可以在外做很多事情的健康人了,但是你所能做的只是躺在床上。多么可惜啊!因此,減肥的時候記得不要以健康為代價。擁有健康的身體也是很值得自豪的,也會從中獲得自信。最重要的是擁有足夠的資本做自己想要做的事。
