健康教育護(hù)理干預(yù)對老年維持性血液透析相關(guān)并發(fā)癥的效果評價 　　【摘要】 目的：探討健康教育護(hù)理應(yīng)用于老年維持性血液透析相關(guān)并發(fā)癥的臨床效果。方法：選取筆者所在科38例維持性血液透析患者為研究對象，隨機(jī)分為對照組、觀察組。對照組給予常規(guī)護(hù)理，觀察組在常規(guī)護(hù)理的基礎(chǔ)上給予健康教育護(hù)理。結(jié)果：兩組患者血液透析后，心律失常、心衰、高血壓、低血壓的發(fā)生率均低于對照組，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P0.05）；觀察組患者的自我護(hù)理能力強(qiáng)于對照組，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P0.05）；觀察組患者的健康知識知曉率高于對照組，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P0.05）。結(jié)論：老年維持性血液透析患者的病情復(fù)雜，并發(fā)癥多，在常規(guī)護(hù)理的基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行健康教育，有助于降低患者并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率，提高患者的自護(hù)能力和生活質(zhì)量。 　　【關(guān)鍵詞】 健康教育； 老年； 維持性血液透析 　　doi：10.14033/j.cnki.cfmr.2017.29.044 文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識碼 B 文章編號 1674-6805（2017）29-0089-02 　　Effect of Health Education Nursing Intervention on Senile Maintenance Hemodialysis Complicated Complications/YAO Qin.//Chinese and Foreign Medical Research，2017，15（29）：89-90 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To explore the clinical effect of health education nursing care in elderly patients with maintenance hemodialysis related complications.Method：38 patients with maintenance hemodialysis were randomly divided into control group and observation group.The control group was given routine care，the observation group was given health education care based on the routine care.Result：Compared with the incidence of postoperative hemodialysis complication such as arrhythmia，heart failure，hypertension and hypotension，the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.The self-care ability of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group （P0.05）；the awareness rate of health knowledge in the observation group was higher than that in the control group，the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：The condition of elderly maintenance hemodialysis patients is complicated and has more complications.Using the health education on the basis of routine nursing，is helpful to reduce the incidence of complications and improve the self-care ability of patients and the quality of life of patients. 　　【Key words】 Health education； Old age； Maintenance hemodialysis 　　First-author’s address：Rudong County People’s Hospital，Rudong 226400，China 　　維持性血液透析是通過血液和透析液在透析膜兩側(cè)的流動，清除血液內(nèi)的代謝廢物，調(diào)節(jié)機(jī)體的水、電解質(zhì)及酸堿平衡，是挽救患者生命，延長尿毒癥患者生
