spContent=當(dāng)你從“女兒、女朋友、妻子到母親”不斷增添身份角色，當(dāng)你遭遇求職時(shí)面試官“婚否生否”的提問，當(dāng)你發(fā)現(xiàn)“養(yǎng)在深閨人未知”的女子已成為遍布傳媒的話題，當(dāng)你不自覺地成為“買買買”的“剁手一族”，你是否能從容地應(yīng)對這些困惑，是否真正領(lǐng)悟女性的含義，又是否能認(rèn)識(shí)女性成長的意義。                                                              《女性成長必修》以《中國婦女發(fā)展綱要》為綱，按照“社會(huì)性別+”方略，依托女性與自我、他者、社會(huì)的關(guān)系，以性別文化為先導(dǎo)，圍繞自我成長、婚戀成長、社會(huì)性成長、社區(qū)賦能等板塊構(gòu)建課程內(nèi)容，使其橫向溝通社會(huì)性別與成長，縱向貫穿賦能自我與賦能社區(qū)。并從知問題、能應(yīng)用、強(qiáng)素養(yǎng)三維度建構(gòu)教學(xué)目標(biāo)，促使學(xué)習(xí)者成為具有性別平等素養(yǎng)，自尊、自愛、自立、自強(qiáng)精神的“自我”領(lǐng)域成長者、“和諧關(guān)系”建設(shè)者與賦能社區(qū)項(xiàng)目策劃者。

課程概述

俗話說：女性能頂半邊天！那么當(dāng)代女性應(yīng)該怎樣修養(yǎng)與成長，進(jìn)而走向健康快樂和幸福呢？我們有這樣一門《女性成長必修》課程：2014年重慶市高校精品視頻公開課，2017年重慶市社區(qū)教育特色課程，2018年重慶市首屆精品高校在線開放課程,2023年重慶市職業(yè)教育優(yōu)質(zhì)繼續(xù)教育網(wǎng)絡(luò)網(wǎng)絡(luò)課程。這門課程對學(xué)習(xí)者而言正是一門應(yīng)用性和實(shí)踐性很強(qiáng)的課，具有很強(qiáng)的跨學(xué)科。她主要圍繞婚戀、健康、審美、就業(yè)等專題，向?qū)W習(xí)者講述中國女性在社會(huì)、家庭和個(gè)人活動(dòng)中所面臨的系列理論問題與現(xiàn)實(shí)生活中所遭遇的實(shí)踐問題，不但可以提高從事女性相關(guān)工作崗位人員對性別議題的關(guān)懷心、敏感度，提升解決相關(guān)女性問題的策略能力，也可以幫助廣大學(xué)習(xí)者獲取幸福的鑰匙，開啟通往健康成長的大門。

An overview of this course

 As the saying goes: Women can hold up half the sky! So how should contemporary females lead towards health, happiness and happiness through self-cultivating and grow? We have constructed a course The Core Course for Female Growth,which is selected as Open Courses of Excellent Video in Colleges and Universities of Chongqing in 2014; the Characteristic Curriculum of Community Education in Chongqing in 2017; the first batch of Excellent Online Open Courses in Chongqing universities in 2018；2023 Chongqing Vocational Education High Quality Continuing Education Online Course. For learners, this course is a highly practical and interdisciplinary course. Focusing on the themes of marriage, health, aesthetics and employment, the course tells the learners about a series of theoretical and practical problems faced by Chinese females in social, family and personal activities, aiming at not only improving the concern and sensitivity of women related personnel to gender issues and the strategic ability to solve related women's problems, but also helping the learners to obtain the key to happiness and open the door to healthy growth.

授課目標(biāo)

一、課程定位

本課程是民政服務(wù)與管理專業(yè)拓展課程。該課程面向社區(qū)、社會(huì)組織中從事婦女服務(wù)崗位的相關(guān)人員，致力于培養(yǎng)具有社會(huì)性別平等素養(yǎng)與性別敏感問題的批判意識(shí)，具有自尊、自愛、自立、自強(qiáng)的人文精神的民政技能人才。同時(shí)該課程也是一門適合廣大學(xué)習(xí)者學(xué)習(xí)的通識(shí)課程，其致力于培養(yǎng)學(xué)習(xí)者對性別議題的關(guān)懷心、敏感度，使每位學(xué)習(xí)者都能以積極的態(tài)度正視充滿性別文化的人類社會(huì)；能以健康的心理狀態(tài)面對機(jī)遇與挑戰(zhàn)、困惑與沖突，能以智慧應(yīng)對豐富多彩的人生，找到一把獲取幸福的鑰匙。

  二、課程內(nèi)容

  課程按照“社會(huì)性別+”方略，依托女性與自我關(guān)系、女性與他者、女性與社會(huì)關(guān)系反觀女性狀態(tài)，分別將教學(xué)內(nèi)容重構(gòu)為女性與健康、女性與教育、女性與審美專題，女性與婚戀專題，女性與文化、傳媒、就業(yè)專題。

  三、課程目標(biāo)

  通過本課程的學(xué)習(xí)，學(xué)習(xí)者應(yīng)該具備以下知識(shí)、技能與素質(zhì)：

（一）社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值觀目標(biāo)

 1.具備自由、平等、公正、法治等價(jià)值取向；

 2.具備愛國、敬業(yè)、誠信、友善等價(jià)值準(zhǔn)則。

（二）情感態(tài)度目標(biāo)

 1.具備愛國主義、民族團(tuán)結(jié)、社會(huì)責(zé)任情感等；

 2.具備社會(huì)主義公民道德、社會(huì)公德和家庭美德意識(shí)等；

 3.具備求實(shí)的科學(xué)態(tài)度、積極的生活態(tài)度等。

（三）職業(yè)素養(yǎng)目標(biāo)

 1.具備“真、善、美” 的理念，使個(gè)性得到充分發(fā)展，人格得到完善豐富；

 2.具備鮮明的社會(huì)性別平等意識(shí)、消除性別盲點(diǎn)、克服性別懦弱；

 3.具備對性別敏感問題的自覺批判意識(shí)，擁有創(chuàng)新精神；

 4.增強(qiáng)公民道德、社會(huì)公德和家庭美德意識(shí)，樹立社會(huì)主義民主法治、自由平等、公平正義理念，養(yǎng)成愛國、敬業(yè)、誠信、友善的優(yōu)良品質(zhì)。

（四）知識(shí)目標(biāo)

 1.讓學(xué)生知道女性在教育、就業(yè)、婚戀、健康等領(lǐng)域的現(xiàn)狀問題；

 2.能運(yùn)用性別視角提出現(xiàn)實(shí)生活中的女性問題及原因；

 3.能說出相關(guān)領(lǐng)域女性問題的解決對策

（五）技能目標(biāo)

 1.能綜合運(yùn)用所學(xué)的相關(guān)知識(shí)預(yù)判女性在相關(guān)領(lǐng)域可能遭遇的問題；

 2.能綜合運(yùn)用所學(xué)的相關(guān)知識(shí)和技能幫助女性解決在相關(guān)領(lǐng)域可能遭遇的問題；

 3.能制定賦能計(jì)劃促進(jìn)女性發(fā)展   

 I. Course Orientation

 The course is an extension course for civil affairs service and management. The course is aimed at relevant personnel engaged in women's work in community and social organizations,which is dedicated to cultivating civil affairs skilled personnel with gender equality literacy and critical awareness of gender sensitive issues, and with the humanistic spirit of self-esteem, self love, self-reliance and self-improvement.The course is also a general course suitable for the majority of learners. It is committed tocultivate students' concern and sensitivity for gender issues, so that every learner can have a positive attitude towards human society which is full of gender culture;promotelearners to face opportunities and challenges, confusion and conflicts with a healthy mental state, cope with rich and colorful life with wisdom, and find a key to happiness.

 II.Course content

 According to the strategy of "gender +" and relying on the relationship between women and themselves, women and others, and women and society, the course reconstructs the contents into special topics of women and health,women and education,women and aesthetics, women and marriage, women and culture,woman and media, andwoman andemployment.

We hope that through this course, learners can eliminate gender blindness and overcome gender cowardice in cognition, and have the idea of "truth, goodness and beauty" in their emotions, so as to broaden their horizons and learn to insight into their personality. To fully develop, personality has been improved and enriched.
