spContent=當你從“女兒、女朋友、妻子到母親”不斷增添身份角色,當你遭遇求職時面試官“婚否生否”的提問,當你發(fā)現“養(yǎng)在深閨人未知”的女子已成為遍布傳媒的話題,當你不自覺地成為“買買買”的“剁手一族”,你是否能從容地應對這些困惑,是否真正領悟女性的含義,又是否能認識女性成長的意義。                                                              《女性成長必修》以《中國婦女發(fā)展綱要》為綱,按照“社會性別+”方略,依托女性與自我、他者、社會的關系,以性別文化為先導,圍繞自我成長、婚戀成長、社會性成長、社區(qū)賦能等板塊構建課程內容,使其橫向溝通社會性別與成長,縱向貫穿賦能自我與賦能社區(qū)。并從知問題、能應用、強素養(yǎng)三維度建構教學目標,促使學習者成為具有性別平等素養(yǎng),自尊、自愛、自立、自強精神的“自我”領域成長者、“和諧關系”建設者與賦能社區(qū)項目策劃者。

課程概述

俗話說:女性能頂半邊天!那么當代女性應該怎樣修養(yǎng)與成長,進而走向健康快樂和幸福呢?我們有這樣一門《女性成長必修》課程:2014年重慶市高校精品視頻公開課,2017年重慶市社區(qū)教育特色課程,2018年重慶市首屆精品高校在線開放課程,2023年重慶市職業(yè)教育優(yōu)質繼續(xù)教育網絡網絡課程。這門課程對學習者而言正是一門應用性和實踐性很強的課,具有很強的跨學科。她主要圍繞婚戀、健康、審美、就業(yè)等專題,向學習者講述中國女性在社會、家庭和個人活動中所面臨的系列理論問題與現實生活中所遭遇的實踐問題,不但可以提高從事女性相關工作崗位人員對性別議題的關懷心、敏感度,提升解決相關女性問題的策略能力,也可以幫助廣大學習者獲取幸福的鑰匙,開啟通往健康成長的大門。

An overview of this course

 As the saying goes: Women can hold up half the sky! So how should contemporary females lead towards health, happiness and happiness through self-cultivating and grow? We have constructed a course The Core Course for Female Growth,which is selected as Open Courses of Excellent Video in Colleges and Universities of Chongqing in 2014; the Characteristic Curriculum of Community Education in Chongqing in 2017; the first batch of Excellent Online Open Courses in Chongqing universities in 2018;2023 Chongqing Vocational Education High Quality Continuing Education Online Course. For learners, this course is a highly practical and interdisciplinary course. Focusing on the themes of marriage, health, aesthetics and employment, the course tells the learners about a series of theoretical and practical problems faced by Chinese females in social, family and personal activities, aiming at not only improving the concern and sensitivity of women related personnel to gender issues and the strategic ability to solve related women's problems, but also helping the learners to obtain the key to happiness and open the door to healthy growth.

授課目標

一、課程定位

本課程是民政服務與管理專業(yè)拓展課程。該課程面向社區(qū)、社會組織中從事婦女服務崗位的相關人員,致力于培養(yǎng)具有社會性別平等素養(yǎng)與性別敏感問題的批判意識,具有自尊、自愛、自立、自強的人文精神的民政技能人才。同時該課程也是一門適合廣大學習者學習的通識課程,其致力于培養(yǎng)學習者對性別議題的關懷心、敏感度,使每位學習者都能以積極的態(tài)度正視充滿性別文化的人類社會;能以健康的心理狀態(tài)面對機遇與挑戰(zhàn)、困惑與沖突,能以智慧應對豐富多彩的人生,找到一把獲取幸福的鑰匙。

  二、課程內容

  課程按照“社會性別+”方略,依托女性與自我關系、女性與他者、女性與社會關系反觀女性狀態(tài),分別將教學內容重構為女性與健康、女性與教育、女性與審美專題,女性與婚戀專題,女性與文化、傳媒、就業(yè)專題。

  、課程目標

  通過本課程的學習,學習者應該具備以下知識、技能與素質:

(一)社會主義核心價值觀目標

 1.具備自由、平等、公正、法治等價值取向;

 2.具備愛國、敬業(yè)、誠信、友善等價值準則。

(二)情感態(tài)度目標

 1.具備愛國主義、民族團結、社會責任情感等;

 2.具備社會主義公民道德、社會公德和家庭美德意識等;

 3.具備求實的科學態(tài)度、積極的生活態(tài)度等。

(三)職業(yè)素養(yǎng)目標

 1.具備“真、善、美” 的理念,使個性得到充分發(fā)展,人格得到完善豐富;

 2.具備鮮明的社會性別平等意識、消除性別盲點、克服性別懦弱;

 3.具備對性別敏感問題的自覺批判意識,擁有創(chuàng)新精神;

 4.增強公民道德、社會公德和家庭美德意識,樹立社會主義民主法治、自由平等、公平正義理念,養(yǎng)成愛國、敬業(yè)、誠信、友善的優(yōu)良品質。

(四)知識目標

 1.讓學生知道女性在教育、就業(yè)、婚戀、健康等領域的現狀問題;

 2.能運用性別視角提出現實生活中的女性問題及原因;

 3.能說出相關領域女性問題的解決對策

(五)技能目標

 1.能綜合運用所學的相關知識預判女性在相關領域可能遭遇的問題;

 2.能綜合運用所學的相關知識和技能幫助女性解決在相關領域可能遭遇的問題;

 3.能制定賦能計劃促進女性發(fā)展   

 I. Course Orientation

 The course is an extension course for civil affairs service and management. The course is aimed at relevant personnel engaged in women's work in community and social organizations,which is dedicated to cultivating civil affairs skilled personnel with gender equality literacy and critical awareness of gender sensitive issues, and with the humanistic spirit of self-esteem, self love, self-reliance and self-improvement.The course is also a general course suitable for the majority of learners. It is committed tocultivate students' concern and sensitivity for gender issues, so that every learner can have a positive attitude towards human society which is full of gender culture;promotelearners to face opportunities and challenges, confusion and conflicts with a healthy mental state, cope with rich and colorful life with wisdom, and find a key to happiness.

 II.Course content

 According to the strategy of "gender +" and relying on the relationship between women and themselves, women and others, and women and society, the course reconstructs the contents into special topics of women and health,women and education,women and aesthetics, women and marriage, women and culture,woman and media, andwoman andemployment.

 III Course Learning Objectives

 1.The goal of socialist core values

 1.1 Have the value orientation of freedom, equality, justice and the rule of law;

 1.2 Have values such as patriotism, dedication, integrity and friendliness.

 2. Emotional attitude goals

 2.1Have patriotism, national unity, social responsibility and emotion;

 2.2Have socialist civic morality, social morality and family virtue consciousness;

 2.3Have a realistic scientific attitude and a positive attitude towards life.

 3.Professional quality objectives

 3.1 With the concept of "truth, goodness and beauty", the personality is fully developed and the personality is improved and enriched.

 3.2 Have a clear sense of gender equality, eliminate gender blind spots and overcome gender cowardice.

 3.3 Have a self-conscious critical awareness of gender sensitive issues and an innovative spirit.

 3.4 Enhance the awareness of civic morality, social ethics and family virtues, establish the socialist concepts of democracy, the rule of law, freedom, equality, fairness and justice, and cultivate the good qualities of patriotism, dedication, integrity and friendliness.

 4.2 Use the gender perspective to put forward the problems and reasons of women in real life;

 4.3 Be able to say the solutions to women's problems in relevant fields

 5.1 Be able to comprehensively use the relevant knowledge learned to predict the problems that women may encounter in relevant fields;

 5.2 Be able to comprehensively use the relevant knowledge and skills learned to help women solve the problems they may encounter in relevant fields;

 5.3 Be able to formulate empowerment plans to promote women's development.

We hope that through this course, learners can eliminate gender blindness and overcome gender cowardice in cognition, and have the idea of "truth, goodness and beauty" in their emotions, so as to broaden their horizons and learn to insight into their personality. To fully develop, personality has been improved and enriched.

  4.課程學習內容有趣嗎?(Is the course interesting?)A : 我們看到學習者作為獨立、自主的個體,其本身實踐與生活經驗都是獨一無二的;但是學習者作為社會性存在的個體,在生命周期的不同階段,將經歷某些相似的、重要的生命事件。因此在教學設計上,我們從生活視角出發(fā),注意引發(fā)學生對“相似經驗”的共鳴、真正走進他們心靈的世界,讓他們享受學的樂趣。(We can see that learners as independent and autonomous individuals, their own practice and life experience are unique; but learners, as social individuals, will experience some similar and important life events at different stages of the life cycle. Therefore, in the teaching design, from the perspective of life, we should pay attention to arousing students'sympathy for "similar experience" and really enter their spiritual world, so that they can enjoy learning.)
