摘要:世界衛(wèi)生組織并沒有提出"道德健康"一詞，從未將"道德健康"視為健康的組成部分。"道德健康"這一概念及其相關主張源于以下四個方面的錯誤認識：（1）將"道德"這一健康的影響因素誤認為是健康的構成維度；（2）將不道德行為與容易由此引發(fā)的疾病混為一談；（3）將某些疾病的癥狀表現(xiàn)誤判為患病者的不道德行為；（4）將某些疾病的診斷標準誤讀為患者的不道德行為。"健康道德"是完全不同于"道德健康"的另一個概念，"健康道德"有著重要的理論和現(xiàn)實意義。

Abstract:The World Health Organization (WHO) has not proposed the concept of "moral health", and never regarded "moral health" as a determenent of health. The concept of "moral health" and its related propositions stem from the following four misconceptions:(1) mistaking the morality which influences health as the componential dimension of health; (2) confusing the immoral behavior with diseases which are caused by immoral behaviors; (3) misjudging the symptoms of some diseases as the patient's immoral behaviors; (4) misreading the diagnostic criteria for some diseases as the patient's immoral behaviors. The concept of "health morality" is completely different from the concept of "moral health", which has important theoretical and practical significances.
