《熱辣滾燙》掀起“瘦身潮”,醫(yī)生提醒......
整個(gè)春節(jié)期間,電影《熱辣滾燙》中賈玲一年時(shí)間內(nèi)減肥100斤的話題屢次登上熱搜。在某節(jié)目中, 賈玲還公布了自己的日常飲食: 大白菜、紫甘藍(lán)、彩椒、雞胸肉和糙米飯,并說現(xiàn)在的飲食少油少鹽,“一天20克油5克鹽”。
作為春節(jié)檔票房冠軍,《熱辣滾燙》也掀起一陣“減肥瘦身潮”。在電影中,她和角色一起完成了蛻變,講述了一個(gè)失業(yè)女青年變身業(yè)余拳擊手的故事。

盡管賈玲多次強(qiáng)調(diào),電影不是在講減肥,而是講述如何愛自己、重建自尊的過程,但她減去將近一半原始體重的顛覆性形象變化,加上“熱血”的電影情節(jié),還是激勵(lì)了一批觀眾躍躍欲試,開啟減肥之路。

科學(xué)健康的減重有沒有訣竅?
浙江大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院附屬第二醫(yī)院營(yíng)養(yǎng)科主治醫(yī)生何芳接受《中國(guó)日?qǐng)?bào)》采訪時(shí)表示,比起一味追求減去多少重量,賈玲更值得大多數(shù)人學(xué)習(xí)的是她在減肥過程中體現(xiàn)出的毅力和堅(jiān)持不懈的精神。

何芳說,一些備受追捧的減肥方式,例如生酮飲食,超大強(qiáng)度運(yùn)動(dòng),甚至催吐、自行服用減肥藥等,都會(huì)給身體帶來傷害。
例如,在實(shí)際生活中,不推薦自行嘗試生酮(高脂肪、低碳水化合物和適量蛋白質(zhì))飲食。生酮飲食通常是在專業(yè)醫(yī)生的指導(dǎo)下,推薦給患有難治性癲癇等神經(jīng)性相關(guān)疾病患者的。
網(wǎng)上購買減肥藥更是不可取。例如司美格魯肽、二甲雙胍等處方藥在開具使用前必須經(jīng)過醫(yī)生嚴(yán)格的診斷和評(píng)估,并進(jìn)行肝腎功能檢測(cè)等。

何芳表示,她會(huì)建議病人通過運(yùn)動(dòng),特別是抗阻運(yùn)動(dòng)和中等強(qiáng)度的有氧運(yùn)動(dòng)相結(jié)合的方式來提高基礎(chǔ)代謝和身體素質(zhì),輔助達(dá)到更好的減重、塑形效果。
“運(yùn)動(dòng)需要循序漸進(jìn),也建議大家找到一個(gè)自己能夠持之以恒、長(zhǎng)期堅(jiān)持的運(yùn)動(dòng)?!昂畏颊f。

何芳表示,近年來,她所在的門診接收100公斤以上超大體重的患者也明顯增多,這與現(xiàn)代人不愛運(yùn)動(dòng)、經(jīng)常吃外賣和高油高糖食物、經(jīng)常晚睡吃夜宵等不良生活習(xí)慣有關(guān)。
“堅(jiān)持良好的生活習(xí)慣是科學(xué)減肥并保持健康的關(guān)鍵,減肥是一個(gè)細(xì)水長(zhǎng)流的過程,”何芳說。

賈玲曾談到,電影殺青那天晚上一個(gè)人坐在床邊,吃了30塊巧克力威化。

“無論當(dāng)初的減肥顯得多么辛苦,后續(xù)的維持都將會(huì)更加辛苦……如果任務(wù)完成之后,就松下一口氣,一晚上就能吃30塊巧克力威化,能把來之不易減肥成果維持多久,就讓人擔(dān)心了。體重上下波動(dòng),忽胖忽瘦,甚至比一直胖著還要損害健康、促進(jìn)衰老。”
