代謝組學(xué)在茶樹生理生化代謝研究中的應(yīng)用進(jìn)展

摘要: 茶樹是多年生常綠葉用作物,其生理代謝受外界環(huán)境因素影響顯著。氨基酸、咖啡堿、茶多酚等生化成分不僅賦予茶獨(dú)特的風(fēng)味品質(zhì)和健康特性,而且是茶樹抵抗生物和非生物脅迫的重要貢獻(xiàn)者。代謝組學(xué)技術(shù)具有高通量、高靈敏度和系統(tǒng)性的特點(diǎn),可以全面、準(zhǔn)確、快速地對代謝物進(jìn)行鑒定和量化。代謝組學(xué)技術(shù)的深入研究為茶樹代謝物的進(jìn)一步開發(fā)利用提供了技術(shù)平臺。綜述近年來代謝組學(xué)在茶樹生理代謝(光合、呼吸和碳氮代謝)和主要品質(zhì)生化成分代謝(類黃酮類、生物堿、氨基酸等)研究中的應(yīng)用,并對今后代謝組學(xué)在茶學(xué)領(lǐng)域的應(yīng)用作出了展望,以期為茶樹種植管理、品種開發(fā)以及茶葉品質(zhì)改良提供理論參考。

Abstract: Tea is a leafy perennial crop, and its physiological metabolism is significantly affected by external environmental factors. Main biochemical components such as amino acids, caffeine and tea polyphenols not only give tea unique flavor quality and health characteristics, but also are important contributors to the resistance of tea plants to biotic and abiotic stresses. Metabolomics technologies have the characteristics of high throughput, high sensitivity and systematization. They can identify and quantify tea metabolites comprehensively, accurately and quickly. The in-depth study of metabolomics provides a technical platform for the further development and utilization of tea metabolites. This paper reviewed the applications of metabolomics in the study of physiological and biochemical metabolism (photosynthesis, respiration, carbon and nitrogen metabolism) and metabolism of main quality biochemical components (flavonoids, alkaloids, amino acids, etc.) of tea plants in recent years, and prospected the future applications of metabolomics in the field of tea, so as to provide some theoretical references for further tea management, cultivar breeding and quality improvement.
